OMG AIRFRYER

Completely uncute post but I MUST talk about it.

Okay sooooo what do I love in this world. A lot of things are super important to me and I can't live without them...one of those things is food. Particularly unhealthy food. I am a hardcore sweets eater and junk food is just so amazing. I RARELY eat salads and even then they are usually covered in other things. I also don't like to cook. I like to bake but cooking is not my favorite thing to do..even though it's kind of a necessity in life. I typically just ask Rob to make me something and it's not the most healthy usually..

So today we took a trip to Costco, and what do we see? AN AIRFRYER. I saw an airfryer many years ago online and I thought it was so cool. It was something I wanted because it seemed way easier to cook as well as a healthier alternative.

As an example...my one healthy dish is make salmon and broccoli. Usually cook/steam the broccoli in a pot with coconut oil. Cook the salmon in a pan in olive oil.

WITH THE AIRFRYER, we tested making salmon. No oil, just seasoning.

OH MY GOD... IT WAS SO JUICY AND PERFECTLY COOKED. I had to ask if he put oil in it. I'm expressing how amazing it was because it took little to no effort. It's like making a tv dinner but healthier and fresh AND ACTUALLY GOOD. He literally just seasoned it, popped it in for idk how long, sat next to me while we waited, and BEEP BEEP it's ready. I'm just amazed.

Clearly it's not big enough to cook a turkey and it's pretty compact. It sounds and kind of smells like a microwave. Like that weird new microwave smell. I don't know how to explain but yeah.

It's 2am and I just tried cooking a frozen chimichanga in it. It didn't cook it all the way through....but it made it crispy so when I stuck it in the actual microwave it didn't explode. Sooooo kind of a win.

I just wanted to talk about it...and I had 2 mountain dews because I thought I would be up all night making a gif for the blog. Nope. Took maybe an hour. I'm tired but caffeine is not going to let me sleep. . . but seriously I LOVE techy gadgets like this. This is more of an appliance but I love these kind of things. I could look at the high tech fridges for a long time. Make my life easier? Hell yeah.

Another unnecessary thing to mention is this SUPER CUTE TOY. It was at Toys R Us and looks like the phones I've been looking for on eBay D: so cute.
